To design a sports management app that allows the coaches/leaders to interact with the players and vice versa seamlessly
To start with, it was important to understand how sports events are organised. This involved understanding the needs, the planning process, the individuals involved, and the necessary preparations and requirements.
But to also help me identify the audience, understand the topic and be able to ask the right questions during the user interviews.
With all this information, it was now time to begin the user interviews. I created two sets of questionnaires: one for the coaches and another for the players.
Based on my research, I identified 5 potential personas.
